Wine Review by TweSommelier - Brigaldara Valpolicella Classico 2008

I've just opened a bottle of Brigaldara Valpolicella Classico 2008. This wine has a lovely crimson red color with a nose of black cherry, teaberry and red peppercorns. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied with flavors of sour cherries, raspberries, herbs and spice. Good fruit, acidity and a pleasant finish. I am enjoying it with dark chocolate covered almonds dusted with cocoa.
